Hi! Nicole! I have a Sheppard Pilates DVD. When I use it, about 2 or 3 times a week, after about 4 weeks, my measurements change SO much! Almost a dress size! When I hurt my knee & couldn't get up off the floor, I started using your 12 minute seated core workout. Almost daily. I LOVE the stretches & core workout. THIS 1 video has helped me stay tight in my core. I do it, even when I CAN get off the floor. It is a GREAT way to warm up, before Pilates. Just thought I would let you know. I recommend this to all of my SP friends!!!! THX! You are awesome!!!! Maybe this video can help others who ae just beginning with Pilates. FABULOUS! Report

Years ago when I lived in Anchorage, Alaska, I went to a Pilates studio five times a week, and I felt amazing, especially with my posture corrected. I also really enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of exercise in general. I like yoga; I LOVED Pilates. I highly recommend that people try it, but just like with most things, a class is only as good as the instructor. The instructors at the studio were all certified and paid attention to the details - Is your core activated? Are you breathing correctly? Is your body in the correct position for the exercise? etc. Report
