I hate my scale so much, I put it away somewhere. Now I can't find it. It's lost and I have stopped looking for it.
1200 calories plus exercise calories, that is. So it ranges between 1200 and 1600 calories per day. :)
The scale is evil. :)
I eat 1200 calories a day, run three times a week, do yoga, walk about 9000 steps every day, and yet I have spent many months now trying to lose a single pound, even though I have about fifty pounds to lose. Grrr... I think I need to walk away...
Only twice a week for me.
I weigh myself every day using Wii Fitness and it makes me smile every time it says my “age” is 20. Weight bounces sometimes, I look at the trend.
Why then do I get repeated notices from Spark thst I haven’t weighed in in a while ? When I am traveling & away from my home scale, or now when my electronic scale is not working ( yrs we changed the batteries )
The scale can be your friend if not over used
This is easy to say if you are at the weight you want to be. It is a measure of how far you’ve come and if you are going in the right direction if it causes anxiety and stress? Using it less wont help in fact us it every single day and the up and down pattern will seem almost comical
It's a tool. It's only a tool. As a maintainer since 2011, it's what I do daily so that those "creeping back" lbs do not return. I have that "scream" weight--the scale will tell me and I take action. Less and better food and when to eat it is KEY for me
these are very valid points
Absolutely great points!
