My Lowellian friend Jeckie, with her wonderfully motivational blog has given me an idea.

Seeing that THIS, my dear friends, is the start of a new month. I challenge each & everyone of you to see how many days can YOU go without making ANY excuses for either going over (or under) your caloric goals,

or not DAILY tracking your food intake,
emoticon emoticon
or not CONSCIOUSLY making an effort to do any ST or cardio, whenever YOU have them scheduled?
emoticon emoticon
Do you think you can have a thirty day streak of NO EXCUSES?
Let's go the ENTIRE month of September without making any excuses!
Are you with me?

Come on, starting with today, September 1, 2011, let's give it a shot!
WE, YOU & I, CAN DO THIS!!'

NO MORE EXCUSES!!
