Hmmm, a challenge for you..... 100 squats, again, doesnt matter how you break em up, as long as you get them done!!

Ok...four sets of 25 reps...I did them everytime a commerical came on the news.

Now....YOU are challenged to do 50 push ups. I don't care which style...or how ...long......

And I won't be answering this challenge. LOL

New challenge: 100 crunches... if you can't complete them all in one go, that's ok. Break it up into smaller portions, but you have to complete a total of 100

Hm....no one did the jumping jacks...darn!

OK....I will just re-challenge myself....Um...lets see....

We get an extra hour tomorrow....so .... I challege you (anyone, everyone....or just me) to do something that moves your body for 30 mins of that free hour.

I plan on going on a trailwalk after work and church tomorrow....anyone want to join me?!

my leg won't take jumping jacks...even with the brace on. emoticon I might be able to do 30 up and downs...as long as I didn't jump high...but that defeats the purpose.

So...someone else want to come do this challenge?!? Anyone?!?!

one day without caffeine done! (not so hard when you don't drink soda and can't stand the taste of coffee!)

Ok...next challenge ..... 30 mins of exercise - your choice...and you can do it in 5-10-15 or all at once....but gotta do it today!!

No worries if you don't have the actual jumprope. Just move your arms & jump just like you DO have one!

These are my favorite quickie! Though I use the bathroom counter for a bit more resistance.

Next up: 20 plie squats

In a wide-legged stance, push up on your toes and then lower into a squat. Work the tush and calves all at once. Love those old ballet drills!
