Am in an introvert or extrovert?

I think it depends on the situation. I can see my self being both depending on how well I know the people I am with. I lean more towards extrovert though.

I will admit that there will be no strength training done today. I have a monster headache and cramps and cant seem to get beyond the couch right now....

Do at least 3 strength training exercises. Use stretch bands, medicine ball, and hand weights today. Plus wall push ups, some on the stability ball for sit ups and some weights. Trying to get back into this. I really do miss doing these. Boy I ex trainer would be shocked if he heard me say that!

Thursdays QOTD....favorite sport? All of them, to watch on tv probably football, hockey, and then swimming. i do like basketball too though. live it'd be baseball or rather softball followed by football, then soccer and hockey
In terms of sports i play...lol NONE..i do swim a lot, I like to golf, but i'm not coordinated enough to play sports sports...

Well, on the Myers-Briggs test I'm the only person I know who tested half introvert, half extrovert. emoticon I'm really an introvert though.

If I get to the gym I'll definitely get the three strength training exercises in...otherwise pulling weeds and trimming plants will give me some "strength" exercise! Rain, rain, rain here and my yard has gone crazy!

emoticon Deb, emoticon To quit smoking is a tough challenge, but together emoticon . My hubby quit (or smoked very very few) for more than 10 years, but started back 3 years ago & I cannot convince him it is affecting his health & mine, not to mention the cost @ roughly $25 (for cheaper brand) a week, but as tight as our money is he counts pennies & sells aluminum cans or scrap metal to have those cigarettes.

I will pray it gets easier for you every single day.

Joann I use to drink the Mio liquid until it went up in price here. I haven't found the Aldi brand yet but I will keep an eye open for it. I use to take mine everywhere. They never said anything to me at the restaurants and since my husband and son both order soda they get there money worth.

Thursday Challenge: NOPE

Another family crisis (mom and 2nd time this week, but nothing major..to me anyway, LOL), but it causes changes in my plans which tonight upset my dinner plans and an added trip this afternoon when I thought I had a couple hours & was planning to prepare a little something extra for dinner too, so I got 1 veggie today emoticon ....Oh well I will keep plugging & eventually I will get it done...On the bright side, I know what we are having tomorrow for dinner, LOL.

Good evening everyone. Pardon my absence for the past 2 days, but I was at work, and no internet access. After work last night, I headed back to the house I stay at to sleep for 2 hours before a mandatory training class that started at 10 am. I got off work at 7:15. After the class, I drove the 130 miles home so I could get here and get things going that need to be taken care of. There are so many things to do to get the house ready to show and put on the market. I fixed dinner, and then went out to the front of the house to finish removing the rock out of the flower bed so that I can put bark mulch down instead. It is so much nicer, and controls weeds better. It is much prettier than the rock. Anyway, I have had 2 hours sleep since yesterday at 4:30 when I woke up to go to work last night. I glanced through the posts, and will catch up completely tomorrow. Congrats to all the loser, and better luck next week to the maintainers/gainers.

Thursday QOTD: What's your favorite sport? Swimming. I raced competitively from the age of 8 to 18. I started gaining weight when I quit swimming. I love watching it in the Olympics as well. I still swim over at the rec center and can easily knock out 80 laps or just over a mile in the pool in an hour. Love it.

I love reading about all the losses! Way to go everyone.

Funny story...but true.
I came out of the shower area after my work out tonight and lo and behold standing there by the lockers was this older gentleman who had started to undress. I was shocked and kind of just stood there for a second. Then I said "uhm...excuse me, I think you are in the wrong dressing room." He looked up and grabbed his shirt and apologized. It was his first day and apparently he turned right when he should have turned left.

All I can say is I am glad I didn't come out of the shower naked in just a towel like I normally do because the floor is all wet. For what ever reason, today I dressed outside my shower stall, except for my socks and shoes..

Whatís your favorite sport?

The only sports I watch on TV are the Olympics. I love to watch the gymnastics, water dancing or whatever they call it, swimming and in the winter the figure skating. I do like to watch the high school basketball tournaments. But mostly it's just the Olympics.

Starting Weight: 230.4
Week 1 (current): 228.2
Challenge Goal: 225.0

So surprised by the loss. The loving folks providing meals for us have been much higher in carbs, sugar, and fat than I have been consuming. Getting my foods back to leaner and less carbs starting today.

I enjoy most sports. Team sports include basketball, baseball, football, soccer, volleyball and hockey. Like all levels especially collegians. Bowling, golf, tennis are more participatory. More engaged in the summer Olympic events than winter. I am one of those who become totally involved even as an observer-- hold my breathe and hold core posture when diver is posed on diving platform. Lol
