This morning I did my Plyometrics workout emoticon
This workout is part of the P90X program and it is alot of jumping and Leaping...its tough but fun.
I burned 718 calories so I am happy!! emoticon

My workouts today were tough
I was sick last week and I am just so glad to be up and about.
So....
This evening I did Chest,Shoulders & Triceps workout emoticon

After that I did the Ab Ripper workout emoticon

I haven't done anything yet today, but yesterday was awesome. My FH and I took the dogs and went to The Forest of Nisene Marks and took a 65 minute hike. It was beautiful!! and peaceful. I want to go back and take the bikes after the rain stops.

Much better - finally!

Did the cross train program on the elliptical - nice change up & pushed myself especially on the arm/upper body parts. I so wish to have nice, really defined arms some day!

Boooooooooring. No one to compete with.
It's snowing here so I think lots of ppl blew it
off and there weren't as many people to watch...
I kinda watched a sports recap of basketball which I don't even like and myself running in the mirror.

Tonight I plan on doing lots & lots of ab exercises.
I decided Tuesday is ab day. During the biggest loser commercials I can queeze in like 8-10 different exercises in sets of 50-90. Ab work is not fun to me so at least the show motivates me to just do it!

My wife had a lot of trouble sleeping last night which means I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. At 1am I moved to the couch and I get up at 4am to hit the gym. Today was a lift day and I just could not get it together. Got my sets done and did 15min of cardio instead of the extra lifting. I hope to wake up during the day and get back to the gym for another hour or so to make up for it.

I had a GREAT workout! I did 36 minutes on the Cross Ramp Elliptical and 60 minutes of Circuit Training. I pushed hard on the elliptical and increased my weight on two of the ten machines I work out with!

I Feel GOOD!!

Today was rough. Must be from slacking all weekend.
I felt tired the whole time even though I did my usual distance & speed on the elliptical. And usually it takes a good 5-10 minutes to get me into full cardio mode but today I swear it only took a few minutes and I stayed in that zone the whole time without really trying to, so my body was struggling. I'm glad that's over!

KCBeLL, love your story about trying to beat the person next to you at the gym!!

I did a SouthBeach work out video on Monday, Tuesday and Wed - it has officially kicked my butt. Planning on the elliptical tonight and Slim in Six tape for tomorrow!

Awesome!! it feels so good that I don't know why it's so hard to get out there and do it! I'm up to a 50 min. walk now--up from 10 min. four weeks ago.

my workout was decent. i did 20 min on the eliptical and 25 on the bike. i could have worked harder but i was not feeling it. i did break a sweat and my hamstrings are a little sore so i guess thats a plus.

A Great workout today! 36 minutes on the crossramp elliptical- hill climb setting(and really pushing hard on the climbs) and 85 minutes of circuit training on 10 different machines!

my workout at the gym today was great , i did 30 minutes on the elliptical 3.09 miles and 50 minutes on the tredmill- power walking. I burned a total of 610 calories in does two only, afterwards i did some weights for my abs, back and arms. it was a pretty good work out, i swet my but off as usual, i was at the gym for a total of 2 hours. the fitness consultant there tells me to "Go home"!! lol he saids i spend more time there than he does. emoticon

My workout today was Kenpo X
it's one of the P90X workouts and I love this one alot--it's alot of kicking and punching whats not to love!

My goal for later on this evening is to do at least 30 minutes of running/power walking on the treadmill.

Had a good quick workout. There was a guy on the treadmill next to me which I like. I like to compete with who ever is next to me even though they are completely unaware. Well I beat him! I ran longer non-stop than he did anyway:) I have to find these little ways to push and amuse myself at the gym.

great workout today - including 45 mintues on the elliptical...ipod and magazines help the time fly by - additional 45 mins. WT also- best workout in a long time!!

I know this time it's for good - I "get it" now & would never be able to do it without SparkPeople and the fabulous support of my friends here - Thank you so much! You've changed my life!

No regrets - just lessons learned.

Last night I went to the gym...did the treadmill - setting on weight loss...which is 33 minutes and then I did some of the weight machines for another 30 or so minutes. ;o)

Today was "chest" day. I always feel good after my chest day workout. My chest is now what can be described as "Deep Chest". Before I knew that men had a different name for it I used to call it man clevage.

Kimmie- I watch Tv while I'm on it. I have to work out at home and it's what I got when my treadmill went out on me. I like it much better than the treadmill. I'm also looking into getting a trainer to make my bike stationary.

I was only scheduled for strength training today but did 30 day shred also. I didn't expect to sweat that much in 20 minutes but I suppose that is a good thing. I'm not looking forward to how sore I might be in the morning especially since I get on the elliptical first thing in the morning!! No pain no gain!
