For May, we are doing a workout minute challenge. Fill in your workout minutes and what you did each day or weekly throughout the month. We will recognize the top exercisers at the end of each week. It is also optional to post your weight each week to see your progress. If you get started late, no problem. Just jump in and start whenever. This is just to be motivating.
