example:

Here's how it works:
Starting June 1st you create ONE reply that you will come back and edit through the month. It's the first and most important rule that you only have 1 list created so that we can track everyone easily. The format is simple,

example:

June 1 : walk 20min
June 2 : walk 20min, workout video 10min
June 3 : weight lifting 30 min
June 4 : rest
June 5 : workout video 45 min
June 6 : walk 20 min

Week total minutes = 145 minutes

At the end of the month we will see who has the most workout minutes and winners will get a ribbon goodie! First place winner will get a gold, second place silver and third place bronze.
