I spent 2 hours cleaning the house thoroughly...my goal for this week is to maintain the tidiness and not let the dishes pile up!

Also, I bought some kale on a whim: a one have any good recipes?

SW--248

I am dealing with a head cold this week, and all that entails, bleh.

Monday 2/3--I organized my calendar, for the week/month including when I will workout. I have been trying to get to the aqua zumba class for 4 weeks, hopefully I will be well enough to go.

Tuesday 2/4----I organized my workout clothes by days, so now I can just grab a bundle and have everything I need. Yes I am one of those weird people that needs everything to match.

Goal 1000 fitness minutes/month!

I may not be to the finish line yet--but at least I am in the race!

A healthy me is up to ME!!!!!

I am in. Cleaning, planning and organizing. How hard can that be??? Silly, question, I know.
Today I worked on cleaning off the kitchen table. It is a major catch all. So far so good.
Tuesday- Worked some more on kitchen table, then helped son clean and organize his bedroom giving him more room.
Wednesday- Prepared dinner early and took some time to do something for me.
Thursday- Went grocery shopping and put away and organized my fruit and vegetable purchases. Along with all the other stuff. No sweets, but healthy snacks.
Friday- cleaned in the house. So much fun.
Saturday- spent time organizing clothes and putting them away. Took longer than I thought it would.
Sunday- Organized kitchen cabinets. It is amazing the things you forget you have.

i ordered 50 file boxes with lids that arrive TODAY. i have 2 teens at home now who have been conscripted...
we are going to each fill one box (with 'like' items) per day MINIMUM till they're gone.
we had a fire so there are 6 ppl in a small 2 bedroom with 11 animals... at least we lost a lot of our belongings & most of our furniture or we'd be compact! (yes, joke)

so the file boxes will allow stacks along 3 walls per room @ 5 per stack & we can STILL get to stuff. when i move finally, most of our stuff will be ready to go!!!

Monday: I'm cleaning and organizing my kitchen
Tuesday: Laundry and cleaning up my resume
Wednesday: the living room and my desk need organizing
Thursday: applying to teacher jobs (i hope), So I will get myself all prepped and ready
Friday: Grocery shopping for the next week

This is tentative and may change. For the past month I have spent every day doing something wonderful for myself. I've made the same healthy smoothie breakfast every day and incorporated vegetables into every meal.

I smiled when I saw this challenge. I think I menu plan twice a week and plan for my lunch/breakfast everyday. Organizing/cleaning......well that falls to weekends because after my work day and cooking I don't want to think about what needs to be done.
Unfortunetly as much as I would love to throw every ounce of junk food out of the house I have others in the house who are not dieting that eat it.
I think the best thing that I do is move it to the bottom shelf so I don't see it.
emoticon
Count me in this week. I think doing more will help me not think so much about everything else going on.

Happy new challenge week!! How is everyone doing? I'll admit, I'm falling behind. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day. In that vein, I'm declaring this organization week!!

Do you still have some unhealthy food laying around? Got a junk drawer that needs cleaning out but haven't had the time? Its amazing how much you can do for your organization and planning when you spend just 15-20 minutes a day cleaning, organizing, and planning.

Earn 1 point for each day you spend 15-20 minutes cleaning, organizing, or planning. When you post your points, don't forget to post your starting and ending weight.
