GOAL STATEMENT
I want to make exercise a daily priority in my life and not just something I do for 10 minutes once in a while. By the end of the challenge, I want to be up to at least 1 hour of physical activity per day. To reward myself I will buy a new book that I want :) (15 Points)

Drill 1 - Count of Crunches = 33--how sad I used to be able to do hundreds! :(
Drill 2 - Count of Push-ups = 24
Drill 3 - Wall-Squat Hold Time = 57 seconds... man that sucks!!!
Drill 4 - Arm Hold Time = 04:02.5
Drill 5 - 150 Step-ups Time = 6:09--that sucks! LOL
Drill 6 - Plank Hold Time = 58seconds
Drill 7 - Count of Cardio Exercise =96 High Knees(counted after both knees had been up as 1 full rep)
