It may sound confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it in no time! You pick 25 activities from the list I give you and put them in each square of your Bingo Card! Then every morning, I will post the day's activity. Once you complete the activity, you cross off the square that you wrote it in! 5 across and 5 diagonally is BINGO!

JOIN HERE! WE WILL BE STARTING SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS!

1. Go to the link above.
2. Card title: Fitness Bingo
3. Copy and paste the activity list below into the Word List, Removing up to 5 of the ones you absolutely do not want to do. (Be sure you leave enough activities to fill the 25 squares.
4. Rid your house of junk food so you can say YES to having a free space. If you cant, or dont want to, select NO free space.
5. Free Space text is not required, it will automatically say Free Space.
6. Make it 5 wide, 5 tall, and you may only create one card!!
7. Only set it to make ONE card. Multiple cards are not allowed this round.
8. You will need to print your card, or just use it as a template to help you make your own handwritten card...it doesn't let you save it that I can tell.

Getting rid of junk food in the house earns the middle square free. Throw it out or give it away, but have it out of sight and out of mind. No cheating! If you have others in the house and this isnt possible, just pick your favorite exercise and put it in the middle square, so you know its something youll do and can accomplish if its chosen.

Each thing will only be chosen once. YOU will set the time limit for what is good for yourself! Push yourselves, but not too hard! Your time limits can be from 10 minutes to an hour. I dont want anyone over-exerting themselves! I also dont want anybody under-exerting themselvesso be fair in the assessment of your abilities!

Activity List...(It's written like this for those using the copy/paste method in the generator)

Dance, Boxing, Cardio, Strength Training, Your Choice, Something New, Walk, Run, Bike, Jog, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Crunches, Jumping Jacks, Squats, Exercise video, Exercise Game, Yoga, Pilates, Vegan Day, Vegetarian Day, Track All Food Today, Blog & Comment on 3, Meditate, Start new group topic & Comment on 3, Weight Lifting, 5,000 Steps, 10,000 Steps, Use aerobics stepper, 1-hr spring cleaning, Walk up and down stairs

Things like squats and push-ups can be done up against the wall if you want to.

Walk, run, bike, jog can be done in place if you want to.

Many smartphones have pedometer apps to track your steps and activity if you dont have an activity tracker to do the step challenges.

You can break up the activity throughout the day and do 10 minutes, then 15 minutes later and it will count as 25 minutes toward the goal you set for yourself!

Im very flexible when it comes to substitutions and exceptions, so if you are unsure if something counts, just ask! This time around, we are in competition with each other to win Bingo.but with the challenges themselves we are in competition with no one but ourselves! You set the pace and limits. Just set them fairly!

Trophies will be given to winners. There will be anywhere from 1-3 winners.based on amount of players we have.

Random goodies will be doled out at my discretion for hard work and great attitudes!

EVERYONE who stays in to the end will get a goodie! And if this is as big of a hit as it has been in the past.well play again and maybe up the stakes a little bit! :)

If you are wondering how we track the Bingo Scores you can look back on past games and see how much fun it can be! You can, but dont have to make a virtual board in the comments, like this(some of the members even found cute ways to do it with smiley faces and such!)

What you do is go in each day and replace the O with an X when youve filled in that box! Its easier than it sounds!

***Team Leaders who are not myself can play and qualify for trophies and goodies. I will be playing but if my bingo comes first, I will not take a trophy. It just doesn't seem right since I'm the one selecting the activities daily, even though it truly is at random!!
