I love walking - either with a Leslie Sansone tape, outdoors or on the treadmill. I like the 30 minute circuit at the gym and the bikes. I really really like any kind of strength training!

swimming (prefer total water workout and water weights classes -- like being pushed and learning new moves)

squat lifts (I both love and loathe them...it's odd) emoticon


I wish I had someone to play racquetball with. We have courts at my gym. Maybe I can just reserve my own court and shoot the ball around myself sometime during off hours. I am nowhere near fit enough to play someone competitively right now. Embarrassing and REALLY unfair to them.

I enjoy dancing, too, but by that I mean just dancing and bopping around badly...not training or understanding of any movements. Something else to explore.

My current are hiking in the mountains near me, racquetball, and swimming laps.

I would put snow skiing in there since it is one of my favorite things in this world to do but due to my weight, I have avoided it for the past 4 years. One of my big motivations this summer is to get in good enough shape to ski next winter.

I've never tried skiing, or figure skating for that matter. I lack the necessary grace and spandex and I aren't on speaking terms.

I have been known to get a hotel room for a night for my son and I just to spend hours in a nice quiet swimming pool lol. I just dance at home.

Wish I could have tried skating. I used to dream of being able to figureskate but that dream was crushed when I injured my ankle and was told that I will never again be able to skate or skii, I didnt mind not skiing because I never liked it anyways but skating was always a dream.

Currently my favorite workout is skating - rollerblading mostly, but also ice skating. I've been hitting it hard recently and it's been a ton of fun. I'm trying to learn how to play roller hockey. I think when I hit my first 10 lbs. lost I'll buy myself some goalie equipment.

Second up would be outdoor stuff like canoeing and hiking. I love camping and exploring.

My third favorite workout would probably be riding my bike.

I can't stand the gym. Endless hours on a treadmill going nowhere, staring at a TV just kills me a little inside.

I like to swim and dance, but I don't know of a good place to swim... and it's hard to find a good place and time to dance too. Wow, just three? Maybe yoga?

Well I love swimming but I don't do it cause of my size. Currently my staple workouts are jogging with Sprint intervals, elliptical, and stair master

What is your first three favorite workouts?

I love to swim! emoticon and I find it a really great workout just having fun swimming around in the water.

My second favorite would be dancing. And third would be bike riding. How about you?
