Ok so I did not reach my goal but I lost 5 pounds all together by joining this challenge instead of doing nothing and possibly gaining. Instead of this being over I am going to pick another challenge and make another goal to shoot for. Thanksgiving is coming up and instead of going hog wild I can feel good in holiday pictures if I keep on the road to awareness and caring about my happiness and comfort instead of taking the EVER CONSTANT avail. exits to hoplessness and dissapointmentville.

BW for the Trick or Treat was 251
W for 10/18 is 243 (-8lb)

Very hectic weekend, didn't weigh in til this am. Weight is 246.5. Wow! Even after family reunion with all the good food. Yeah, I cheated a tiny bit.
