Still maintained, didn't lose any, but no real gain either. Eating was better, but exercise has been non-existent (Lots going on and no extra time).

This month is almost over but my goals for the next couple weeks are:

-stay within my calorie range 6 days a week. (thank god for rest days...)
-do my hip hop abs video every night
-8 glasses of water a day
-stay below 200 lbs.

June 20th 2009: Bev and Kyle together forever


What you eat in private shows in public!!


GOALS/REWARDS:
195- dinner and movie out with my hunny (MET ON 8/23/08)
185- new workout video! (MET on 9/18/09)
175- Mani/pedi, new jeans!
160- go to dress fitting!! Then get new workout clothes to keep me motivated!

Barb, since these are your own personal goals, you can weigh in whatever day you wish and count it in whichever month you want. The main point is to try to give people a little motivation to keep going.
I feel like, if I have to tell my SP friends my goals and my progress, I would try harder to be in control.

Oh, I need to also tell you, that I don't weigh until June 5th....I might weigh on June 1, so that I can stay in the month.

Where is everyone? We usually start out every month with a whole list of goals.

I'm on track to maybe actually meet my goals this month. I am really trying to stay on track even with a very busy month.
DD is graduating high school and we have party planning for it, DH and I are looking at buying a house, and much more going on as well.

My goal for May is to make it through 20 minutes of Tae Bo without having to stop. Then I'll push for 30.

Right now I can get through about 12 consecutive minutes, but just barely.

My goal for May is the same as it was for April.

I want to get my calories in range at least 5 days a week (still struggling with this, but getting better) and get below 150!

New month - new set of goals. Come on everyone, let's get re-motivated and push hard this month! Weather's getting nicer, so get out and move!
