Track my food- this is a constant struggle for me, but I must say, writing it down on here that I will do it does keep me more accountable for it... Pleased to see that I didn't go over my calories all last week! Yea!

Try and get hubby out for a walk at least 3 times a week. Get some blood flow to hos legs and heart. He's a serious gamer. Guy is always on the ps3.

Do kickboxing 3x and Bob Harper crossing fit 2x

Spend time with God for a while. My relation ship with him isn't what it use to be and its sad when I think about it.

LEHIA13,

I am not able to do the Jullian Michael's dvds. She is too high impact and fast for me. I have arthritis and have to be careful about my joints. Sometimes I can some dvds if I don't start too fast. I also have a neighbor downstairs. I try not to do too much that pounds the floor. I really like the Just Dance dvd. I am able to do it without jumping around too much, but if I do it later in the day...he just has to put up with me. He hasn't complained yet!! I like the cardio blast by Coach Nicole. I can only do a 10 minute workout on that one. I don't do the whole dvd at once.

I am loving that I am able to walk again. I am up to 30 minutes 4 times a week or more. I don't walk too fast yet, but I try to increase my speed each week. It is better on cooler days. I wake up easier, too.

My goal this week is to do the resistance bank workout twice and walk 5 days. Today was a good start to the week. I am also going to really try to be in bed by 9 pm and get 8 hours of sleep a night. That does more for my pain then Tylenol!!

Have a great week!!

Debb,
When I had my old spark people account I remember you talking about wogging. So I shared it with my little sister one night when we were out for a jog. Now she and I wogg all the time. Its better then not moving at all. :)

Ang,

I love that you track your paths on the route tracker. I have a few on there, but sometimes I forget how to access them. I guess I just got use to entering the mileage and timer in the fitness tracker.

So I had previously stated in this forum about doing 40 minuets of the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 2 times a week. Well I attempted it today. It was sweaty and great, but maybe to intense for me still. SO revise my plan.

5 times a week do the Jillian Michaels thingy and then the other 2 days I will do something a little less High Impact... Maybe the Biggest Loser Work out. There are plenty of people on the dvd thingy that are my size.

Debby,
Is wogging a combination or walking and jogging?? Just hear you chat about, but I wasn't sure.

Snow..I hope it doesn't come here. Unforunately it is in the forecast.

I like to walk around the neighborhood. I use the map my run/walk on Spark People to see how far I have walked. My goal is to walk a little faster and walk a different route.

You can also save your routes on the map my run/walk on SP. So you can pick whatever route you walk that day. I am up to a 30 minute walk. I also use resistance bands. Coach Nicole has a good video on the SP site that is 20 minutes and you can do it from a chair.

Everyone has goals. There are always the normal goals of drinking more water or standing within your calorie count. That's all good, but I would love to know your exercise goals. What are v you going to do to break a little sweat or get that body moving.

Whomever of you guys and girls would like to share please do. It could possibly give someone an idea for their work or their next week.

I will start....

I have decided that Jillian Michaels program that I found on YouTube will pretty much my whole month workout. Let me tell you it's not easy at all. So this week instead of thinking just the 20 minutes I will do not 1 but 2 40 minutes work outs. I am sure that I will really want to die by the end of the second 20 minuets.

It's going to be great!!!!

Happy sweating!!!
