Personal challenge: my soon to be ex-husband has been messing with my food and drinks so I am barely eating anything at home now, getting everything else out from restaurants or packaged items. It's a challenge. I need to maintain my weight, but, have gained. Ugh.

The personal challenge I wanted to give myself was to do pushups 30 days straight (well, like a rest day every few, as I know the muscle has to rebuild when you're as out of shape as I am).
I made it about 8 or 9 days before petering off each time.

Not all those who wander are lost
