Would anyone like to join me in a Daily Hiit challenge. The website, http://www.dailyhiit.com has lot of free workouts. The equipment they use can easily be modified with items around the house. They are short intense workouts. Most of the workouts can also be found on Youtube.

**Warning** they are a little "graphic" - up close pictures of the women. But the workouts are really good and they are FREE!!
