I just came back to SPARK. I had met my goal. I don't weigh, I go by size, fat and tone. I went from 22/24 to 9. Now back to 13/14. New baby, new baby fat and new heart issues. I have no other option than to do this healthy. I see you guys have a miles challenge. I would like to join in. Is everyone setting their own goals or is there a group goal? I would like to add as many of Team Kansas as friends as I can. Doing this healthy will be a first for me but my heart will not tolerate any of my old short cuts.

What's your goal for July?

Summer is upon us... and it's come along w/ a vengeance! Hope everyone continues to rack up those steps, miles or minutes despite the heat... just make sure to keep yourself well-hydrated!
