Needed a challenge so I found this and am going to try to get 350 minutes of walking outside this month.



1/1: 10 minutes.
1/2: 28 minutes.
1/3: 19 minutes.
1/4: 15 minutes.
1/5: 19 minutes.
1/6: 29 minutes.
1/7: 11 minutes.
1/8: no longer tracking walks outside weather turned bad and unable to do my walks.

I've set up February's challenge for those of you that want to continue moving & adding up those miles! I should get off my crutches mid-month, so I plan to join ya'll as soon as that happens!

My goal is 75 miles this month! Last month I made it to 80 miles, and November I did 100!

I was planning on doing 100 again this month, but I decided to go for 75, so I have more time to do other activities besides walking.

My goal is to walk 10 miles a week. My walks in the neighborhood vary from 1.75 miles to 2.3. When the weather is too bad or cold then I walk 2 miles on my treadmill.
I would much rather walk outside!!
I try to walk Mon-Fri and take Sat and Sun off. But if I miss a day then I will walk on the weekend.

My challenge will be to get the 10 miles in each week as I have been slacking off the last couple of months!!
Thanks for this forum so it will help me get off of my duff and do it!!!

My challenge will start on Monday, Jan 3rd.

Initially had a goal of 25 miles for myself after surgery, but since I'll be 50% weight bearing & on crutches the entire month, I won't be able to do any real walking. But I'll hang around & root for ya'll, and I'll be back next month w/ a vengeance once I'm off the crutches!
