Thanks Jessika_56!! I'm trying hard not too, the fatigue and mood swings are just horrible. I never want to get out of bed let alone go for a walk. My puppies are upset too...they don't get their daily walks anymore. But I was taken off the meds and we are trying a different approach now. I feel better, still a struggle to get out of bed, but it becoming easier. I even went on a couple walks here and there to try to keep myself from taking a nap in the middle of the day!

YAY! I was taken off the med, and we are trying some different approaches! I feel better than I have for the past month! Bring on the walking/jogging!!! I'm going to the gym tomorrow (first time in a long time!)

Down at the bottom of your post - is a small button "edit my post" - you can click on that and then that post will appear in the box for you to add to - or take away from.

underneath the box you are writing your edit in - is another box usually already checked "I want an email to be sent to me when anyone replies to this topic." If you do not want those emails - you need to uncheck that box prior to clicking the button "Post message"

Hope this isn't too confusing! LOL! I understand figuring out the way around SP!! They have tons of choices!! Keep asking - we have no problem giving hints and helps...I still need them from time to time as well!! ;-)

I so fell off the band wagon. However, I am taking a new med. I go in next week to see how it is affecting me. Side effects that I am concerned about is fatigue, weight gain, and loss of function. I hope to get this resolved. and gain back the miles that I have lost!

I just started walking my dogs at least 2 miles a week yesterday! This is perfect! Thanks! Mine is a low goal, I am not a big walker,jogger,runner. Hopefully though I can get into it!
