I started May with two goals. By mid May I had already changed gears and the second goal was unreachable.
I did not reach the first one either (tho' did lose 5 lbs), but I got a lot closer than I would have if I wouldn't had started running.
So even tho' I did not make either goal I am still calling that hectic month of May a success.

Well, it's already mid-May, but I'll post anyway.

- 2000 calories burned each week
- 500 fitness minutes each week
- make progress on 3 of my 4 fitness goals

Excellent challenge Nascar.

May goals.

1. Get my weekend eating under control
2. Get in 8 or more glasses of water a day
3. Try to get in 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep every night.

Number 1 is always a struggle for me.
Number 2, I've been slacking in this area.
Number 3, This means going to bed earlier. I get up a tad early so I can get in a workout before work.

1) 165 lbs. 12 lbs away.
2) Top 5 in fitness minutes in state. Make me work for it.

Being a mono-tasker, I need to get "here" and start doing maintenance.

My goals for May:

1. Get back to working out at least 4x / week
2. Keep my nutrition on track during my numerous road trips
3. Lose 5 lbs. this month
4. Start my Couch to 5K training after my trip to Seattle
