Hi AMSPIER.

Actually this is an old old old challenge from last year. Currently I don't have any challenges running, but when I do, I'll send a team email to let everyone know.

This week’s challenge is about exercise & protein. These exercises are to be done in addition to your normal daily workout: a different workout for each day, upper body, core, then lower body so we are not working on the same muscle group each time. Depending on the participation of this challenge, we might repeat it for a second week, so please everyone join in.

This is the routine you will follow this week.

Sunday, upper body: Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls

Monday, Core: Banana

Six points for completing the exercise of the day. Also for an extra bonus, 1 point per day for 40 grams of protein eaten per day. So for example I would post like this for Sunday.

3-22, 6 + 2 (because I had 80 grams of protein) = 8 points this day.
