Thanks. I'll try to do that. I will be weighing in on Wed. or Fri. for ScaleBack Alabama. My schedule is so crazy, though, and now my van is broken down.

This challenge was suggested by Milne81 (thanks, Jen!). This will replace the weekly challenge until someone wins. Here we go...

Weigh yourself (any day) and post that weight on Wednesday. It doesn't matter what day you weighed, just post it on Wednesday. So, Wednesday, 1/26, you'll post your weight from any day you weighed yourself from 1/20 to 1/26. We're doing it this way so if you only weigh once a week, you don't have to change your date. Post by midnight.

Next week, 2/2, if you lose any weight or remain the same as the week before, you're in and post again by midnight. If you gain...you're out. We'll keep doing this until there is only one left.

If you have any questions, please ask. Cut off time is midnight (your local time) each Wednesday! If you're afraid you'll forget on Wednesday, set up a reiminder in your Planner on SP and you'll get an email each week. A great Goodie will be the prize for the Last AL Sparker Standing!
