Hey everyone! We're approaching the most difficult time of the year for most of us...THE HOLIDAYS! The time when food is everywhere and time is scarce so sometimes we "forget" to exercise.

Starting on Friday, Nov. 5, we're having a Holiday Weigh-in Challenge. If you're actively trying to lose weight, this thread will keep you motivated. If you've reached your goal, this is a great time to make sure you are maintaining and not getting carried away with the goodies. We'll run this until December 31.

We'll have our weigh-in on Fridays. If your personal weigh-in is a different day, that's okay, just put down what your last weight was or weigh yourself an extra day. It's all up to you.

If you have any questions, post them under the "Daily Chat" thread which ca be found under the "General Team Discussion Forum"...save this one for weigh-in's only.
