Ladyzamati, emoticon for not binge eating i do this also when i get stressed or mad.. i lost a job that i had for 23 years over my bose.. needless to say i pot on a lot of weight and it only hurt me..
i am the heaviest that i have ever been in my life and i hate it.. it is a chore to do work outs but i can say that i feel a lot better once i am done.. if you need to talk to anyone you can talk with me if you need to i will always here just e-mail me have a great day..

i have to say that the past almost 2 week i have been swimming and i am down 1 more pond. there coming off slow but i am just glad that i am losing
it must be the swimming.. i have been walking about 2 miles a day out in the woods were it is nice and quiet .

I went to the gym for an hour and a half, then decided to push myself and go for a 20 minute walk/run even though I was tired and hot!

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude.

Today I sat down after already working out for 66 minutes to long my minutes on Spark America. I saw that I was 20 minutes short of my goal (due to some slacking during the middle of the month). Instead of just settling with my current total, I went back and did a 20 minute pilates DVD and actually met my monthly goal.

Flowie, I love to swim and do water work outs i have problems with my hip and leg and in the water it does not hurt me.. I have not missed a day all week long..and down 2 lbs it is great !!

Worked out to Jillian Michaels and did a pilates dvd, skipped the usual cheese and nuts on my salad for lunch and used only a dollop of olive oil and added tuna!

Wednesday did water aerobics for 45 min. It sure helps to get the knee mobile after a severe strain. still hurts to walk but mobility is back. Yeah

After getting on the scale this morning.....I gained 3 lbs!.........I have finally decided enough is enough. Made the decision to feel proud and not stop!

I ate very good, oatmeal, huge salad with tuna, nonfat yogurt with berries, and have my new Jillian Michaels dvd set up and will "train" after work.

Got out of bed and went 20 miles to jazzercise class when I would have rather stay in bed and cover of my head.
Cleaining winddows, blinds, curtains and just black soot from our propane heat.
Trying to help my sister who is going through chemo for cancer and really don't know how???

I got up early and ran 6.76k (4.2 miles). It was also the first time I'd jogged for 30 minutes straight without needing to have a "walking break". All done before my alarm went off!

I have been able to follow my plan so far today. I ate well, walked, and did yoga. I need to drink some more water and eat a good dinner and I am done with SP day #1.
SP and SP people really help me with my choices, moment to moment. I have someone to keep me accountable and I don't want to let you guys down. Thanks for being there and remember I am here for you too.

I got up 45 minutes early to fit in an extra half hour workout and extend my post-workout shower time.

I had lunch with a friend at Nando's, but had salad with my chicken.

I made an effort to dress nicely this morning for the first time since losing weight, rather than going straight for the black-trousers-top-and-trainers combo that I usually live in - and was rewarded with compliments.

I've decided to run the Walt Disney World Marathon in January...I'm so nervous because I don't run a whole lot, but I am going to join a clinic and train with my mom (she used to run marathons and trail races) and I'm getting her motivated to start training for a race!

I know I can do it, I'm going to save up to go to Florida and spend a few days there after I complete the race!

Last night, really. I took a mile walk w/ my husband, did my strength training and today, he's buying me some home exercise equipment.

I have:

- Broken in my new weights;
- Done 30 minutes of step aerobics with bicep curls, lateral raises and rear tricep extensions;
- Walked 1.13 miles to work in 20 minutes;
- Had a healthy breakfast;
- Planned a healthy dinner;
- Been in a thoroughly good mood all morning from the endorphins!

EDIT:

I have also:

- Had a 385 kcal lunch with only 3g of fat;
- Walked around and burned 248 kcal.

So far - ZERO refined sugars and whole wheat pasta was my only 'processed' food. Fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains only.

Looking back at 2008, I exercised 5.5 times per week burining about 480 calories per event, on average. That works out to 40 pounds of weight-- I'm NOT carrying around! Yeah me!

I put my hair up in a half ponytail (which si difficult for me ebcause i can only see out of one eye), then I put it into a beautiful bun and placed a tiara in it. I'm all ready for figure skating. I feel like a princess!

I was able to dig up a bush and replant it. I wasn't sure if I could even lift the plant, but I did the best I could and got it where it needed to be!
