I have been walking the parking lot in our little town, its a mile round,, 2 times this week and rode my stationery bike for 8 mins. also got a new pedometer and trying everyday to increase my steps. Dawn

Run 6 miles, planted over 100 flowers in my yard and went for a bike ride with my husband and my new ste-son for 4 miles. Great day.

I'm halfway to my exercise goal for the week, and it's only day 2! (And I didn't work out yesterday!)

I did a killer dvd this morning and then took a walk at lunch. Feeling GREAT!

Wonder how far over I'll go. (And if I'll get another "notice" that I need to update my fitness goals!)

Walked 5 miles on the treadmill at average 4 degrees incline. the program goes from 1 to 9 incline. I took me 75 minutes. emoticon

This morning for breakfast I had a bowl of strawberries, blackberries & kiwi with some Fiber One sprinkled on top instead of a big batch of pancakes. WooHoo...what a great feeling!

I just made two new recipes - home made gluten free bread, and home made cream of mushroom soup. I can't wait to taste and see if they turned out as good as they smell. I just might be able to do this. Surprise, surprise.

took son and din and 4 gds out to breakfast. ate 2poached eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of toast. had 3 cups of coffee, So full had 1/2 a banana for lunch and ate a sslad and some hash for supper with a small piece ( verysmall) of cake. woow how good.

We went to breakfast today for Mothers Day instead of tomorrow since it's going to be so busy. I cut everything in half except the potatoes, I ate about 1/4 of cup. 1 poached egg, 1 slice of toast. Not bad since pancakes or waffles sounded better.

Now am cleaning house and then going to the gym. Tomorrow will be my rest day.

By attempting something really difficult and outside of your comfort zone, you will discover how strong you really are.

I did the Biggest Loser Workout with Bob Harper for 30 minutes! I also logged all my Nutrition and fitness into the trackers logged on and blogged.. now I'm going to read up about nutrition and stuff.. I love SP... I love the biggest loser too.. that's what initially got me off of the couch..

snacked on fruits and veggies (eating carrots right now), then going for a run when i get home in preparation for the 5k i signed up for on Saturday.

spent the morning at hospital with mil. She was supposed to have day surgery that was cancelled. Hielped granddaughters with paper route walked a bit with them.

i got up went to church then came home and did my day 1 bootcamp challenge. and after this i plan on going for a nice walk.i so feel like being the biggest loser . i'm going to lose all this weight! that show really inspires me!

I burnt 4000 calories last week. I started SP about a month ago and have already lost 8 pounds (even with PCOS). I was so happy because the doctors thought I may not loose any weight at all. I have been working hard though and it is paying off. It is also effecting my attitude and people are noticing. It is a very positive change.

I still have 450 calories left for today, so I may have some Smart Pop. I walked at 4 incline and 4MPH for 100 minutes on my treadmill today, plus some arm exercises and stepping.

A very small thing, but I just made brownies and didn't taste or lick the spoon and for me that's a biggie.. The brownies are for a bake sale, but I will save myself a small one for my snack tonite.Being on Spark People is such a help for me!
