I went for an 8KM run/walk today - to the mall and back.
I ate within 15 minutes of finishing my workouts.

I got up and went to church this morning and was able to walk and stand a lot better then even yesterday.
Glad you spent time with your mom Ges It will mean more in the future then a clean house. But happy you got the cleaning done as well.

Since I work full time I have to use Saturday as my day to clean my house and do laundry. But, instead of making it an all day chore I set a timer for 3 hours and did what I could during that time. (Turns out I got everything done except for vacuuming and my husband did that for me!) Then I spent the rest of the day with my terminally ill mother doing just what she wanted to do. emoticon

I have hurt my knee. major pain. I went out for a healthy breakfast with my dgds(darling granddaughters.) after helping them with papers. meaning I drove and they walked. I did do about 3 houses but that is all.

I haven't run in years! After work today I took my fat boxer out for a walk. He can't go for very long, so I chose a short route we could do in about 20 minutes. After about a 5 minute warm up walk, I challenged him to run with me. He did! We ran for about a minute, then walked some more. We did that a few times. Also took him a way where we had to jump a couple of small ditches. We were both up to the task. Our 20 minute walk was completed in 10 minutes!

I went to the gym today on my day off from work and torched 1200 calories! I celebrated that by hitting the steam room for a half an hour. :)

I was able to bake bread today and I enjoyed the feeling of accomplishment. I also calculated in the extra slice of bread I ate because it was hot. oh and fresh.mmmmm

On biggest loser nights I like sugar free pudding cups. Problem is I eat the whole six pack. Last night I only ate two. I was satisified.

It's still early, so there is more to come. But, I packed my lunch and brought my breakfast to work this morning. No more using the excuse I hate to eat early in the morning. I've now been up 2 1/2 hours, it's not early anymore.

I may not have all my ducks in a row, but at least I have them all in the same pond!

What have I done today to make me feel proud... I have not let people who would bring me down and downplay my great acheivements get to me and slow down my fabulous progress! :)

When you fall off the horse (which you will atleast once)..
Jump back on!
(Even if it hurts! Which usually DOES!)

I've been on vacation for the past two weeks and eating out a lot. I got home late yesterday. When I got on the scales this morning, I discovered that I had maintained my weight. For me that is a victory.

today I:
2. Went shopping at the local Wal-Mart for pants since none of mine fit well anymore! I scored three 'bottoms'... one $10 size 14 jeans (too loose, but the 12s didn't fit well at all and a belt will fix this), one $4 slightly too tight dress pants, and a size 12 skirt! None of my 18s fit AT ALL anymore, most of my 16 are falling off my bottom, and some of my older, stretched out 14s are looking really baggy!!

And I was reading message boards and feeling motivated, so i dropped down to try some push ups...and i did some!!!

I found a recumbant bike for $5 been wanting one a while. Used it for 10 min
Used my pull up bar and actully pulled myself up about a fourth of an inch

I got up and did a 5am spin class.
I had 3 of my 5 servings of veggies before 2pm

I did my 60 min cardio and added in some time for weights and squats. Im proud of my accomplishments this weekend too, I wore a spaghetti strap dress with heels, both of which I havent worn in over 10+yrs emoticon
