Still inspired by Tara!!!!
I ate my whole grain cereal with fresh blueberries and then exercised for 35 minutes. Lost 3.5 lbs this past week.

I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill in increments of 1/4 mile jog at 6 mph and 1/4 walk at 4.5 mph.

I took my daughter to a birthday party and passed on ALL of the bad food choices and ate only strawberries and grapes "chased by" water. YEA ME !

way 2 go smile!!!!
well my son and i walked about 2 miles up and down a couple of pretty big hills, what is great is that we jogged quit a bit of it, his reward was that he got to go play at the rotery park, my reward wuz the thrill that i did it and i wasnt to alwful out of breath

I got my 30 minutes of cardio in FIRST thing this morning. It's great knowing after a long day at work I don't have the cardio to do!!
And . . . I passed up cookies today. emoticon

I went out to dinner tonight and had a cobb salad with oil and vinegar dressing and a rye roll with some butter.
I could have picked a dessert, but as I was typing, I realized I walked right past them and didn't even look at them.

Had no choice but to go out for dinner last night, and I did very well. A little splurge on 2 crab cakes, without the sauce, large tomato juice, spinach salad, minus the bacon, and bacon dressing for balsamic vinegar, hubby's plain broccoli and tomato slice,and plain potato skin only, and a black coffee for dessert.

I went clothes shopping. Although i did not find anything that was flattering. I didn't beat myself up, call myself names, or go and grab something unhealthy to eat. I thought to myself, I'm doing a whole lot better than I was like two weeks ago and in two more weeks I'll be looking better that I do today.

Diane, if I had lost 1/2 my starting weight, I'd be REALLY proud of it. Amazing feat.

Me, my sis and husband put my son in the jogging stroller, jogged to the park, walk/jogged the fit trail, then jogged back!! we were gone for an hour and a half and feel great!

I ate a very good dinner. It consisted of 2 eggs, salmon and spinach - cooked like an omelette. And I took a walk after dinner and jogged about 45 seconds(not a lot of jogging, but good for a start). I got a mile in tonight. I have been drinking my water. So, I am taking small steps toward a big goal. I am proud of that!!!

I LOVE this thread!!!
I joined a gym with my hubby last night (that counts for yesterday) and today, I chose my lunch that I brought instead of breaded chicken strips and fries from the cafeteria!

I may not have all my ducks in a row, but at least I have them all in the same pond!
