Since this is a really old topic thread (after four years of silence), I'm going to hijack it here at least for now in order to post a healthy list made into a pie that may need some alterations to be actually really healthy for you. It depends on if you are swapping fats, counting calories, Keto, Paleo, Budgetarian, etc. But we cannot reform something if we have no idea where it began, can we?

Christian history is full of folks trying to make the Church in their own image and having no real clue about the Church God established in Eden, molded in the Exodus, rejected prior to the 400 years of silence, and proclaimed to be new and Spirit-filled by Jesus. How do you fix something today if you reject the past and the idea of Truth itself? Let's try to be more successful than recent hash-making with our versions of the following pie:

Anyhoo - Here we go:
One of my favorite berry pies is "Razzleberry"--

Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries are brightened with lemon juice and zest to make the filling for this juicy pie from Drummond Ranch pie party contestant Sherri Hagenhoff. This recipe first appeared in the August/September 2013 Heartland issue of Savuer with the story Big Pie Country.

Yield: serves 8
Ingredients
Flour, for dusting
1 recipe Buttery Pie Dough (or your favorite two-crust)
10 oz. strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
3⁄4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1⁄2 tsp. fresh lemon juice, plus 1 tbsp. grated zest
1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt
1 egg, lightly beaten with 1 tbsp. water

Instructions
On a lightly floured surface, roll 1 disk of dough into a 12" round. Fit into a 9" pie plate. Trim edges, leaving 1" dough overhanging edge of plate; chill 30 minutes.
Simmer berries, sugar, cornstarch, juice, zest, and salt in a 4-qt. saucepan over medium-high heat until juices become a slightly thickened sauce, 18-20 minutes; let cool to room temperature.
Heat oven to 400. Pour berry mixture over dough. Roll remaining disk of dough into a 12" round and place over the top of the pie. Pinch top and bottom edges together and fold under; using the tines of a fork, crimp edges. Brush with egg mixture and cut several 1"-long slits in top of the pie. Bake until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling about 1 hour. Let cool completely before serving.

(easy on top layer don't go overboard w/ cheese or bacon)

Thanks for doing this with me. It helps to keep the healthy options in the front of my brain, so I am not going back to standbys like wiener wraps, potato salads, mac salads and baked beans. Although there are healthy versions of baked beans too.
