Hola, I am focusing on 3 personal goals each day:
30 minutes of exercise
drink plenty of water
Eat only whole, non-processed foods (& little to no gluten)

At the end of each week, I will post a thumbs up and any weight loss or gains.
(Saturdays)

This spring I am determined to get some of this weight off before riding/swimming season is here. Of course I am upping my activity, but I have also committed to track everything I eat or drink for ten weeks straight. It only takes a few minutes a day thanks to Spark People's awesome program with favorites and other easy shortcuts.

If you would like to join this challenge, just give us a thumbs up after every week of consistent /daily tracking. emoticon
