I need to revue my goals.. I have been slacking lately.. I have not felt well and it seems something always gets in the way.. I will try to get on bike even if it is only 10 minutes at a time..
So, I will try to motivate myself. I have lost weight. I was 152 this morning.. I have changed my diet some due to how I have felt..maybe ,I should just stick to that for awhile..

The only way the emoticon will go where you want it is usually if you put them in as you go along. If you did that and it still went to the bottom, if you know now to cut and paste using your mouse, you can reinsert it in the right spot.

When I edited my daily tracking challenge I tried to use the emoticon emoticon as I just did here and it showed up at the bottom of the page instead of where I needed it. So I wound up using words. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Hi Everyone who is having trouble understanding cut and paste. I will try and explain.

1. Go to your previous entry and put your computer mouse over the words to be changed left click on mouse and drag across the words to be changed.
2. Once highlited, click on right side of mouse When you do this it allows you to cut the old out.
3. Then you just type in the new info.
I hope that helps those who are having problems.

If you still don't understand. Then just edit and erase your old stats and retype the new.

You can either say it in words like, water, exercise and consumed calories or you can do it with emoticons.

Many of us have chatted about having difficulty staying on track.
To help you we are asking for you to check in daily if you can and just let us know by using emoticons what goals you met. (water, exercise, fruits & veggies) So the board does get cluttered, just cut and paste over your previous day's results.

Eg.Jean - . emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I really did meet my goals today, This was just an example.
If you have struggled in an area, feel free to talk about it on our chat line
