You'll get there, don't worry! I've been doing so-so to be honest. Life keeps derailing me, and I keep forgetting not to eat crisps on Friday!

But it's not all bad. I'm sticking to my fitness goal, and I'm taking more time to practice mindfulness, even if it's not every day.

Confession time I have been terrible at doing this challenge and I started it ugh. I hope everyone else is doing a lot better than I am.

Sorry I've benn missing the past few days. There was an expo my company had a booth in last Friday and Saturday so we were BUSY prepping for and doing it and then clean up afterwards. But its over now and I can concentrate on me again.

Love the goals TIMEPOOR87 and SILVERTOMORROW

Don't worry if it you slip up during the month the challenge is there to help you improve and no one is going to be 100% all the time.

My March Goals are:

1 Fitness Goal - Strength Train once a week (at least 15 minutes)
1 Dietary Goal - No sugary drinks 5 days a week
1 Personal Goal - Study for 20 minutes at least 4 times a week.

I just noticed this thread:

1 fitness goal - try to go to at least one fitness class a week
1 dietary - Stick to no added sugar
1 well being goal - colour in my adult colouring book at least once a day.


The first two aren't going so well, mainly because I feel like I have flu-ish symptoms and haven't been to a class yet. The sugar thing is just me being weak willed, although I've had more days without sugar than with, which is a good start.

Hey Sandy! Looks like it's just me and you!

How are your plans going so far? I'm doing alright. Mindfulness is tougher than expected because my mind wanders, and I had to skip a gym session because I had a cold.

Count me in!

My goals are:

Fitness: gym twice a week (30 mins per session)
Dietary: no crisps (eh, potato chips) during the week, incl. Friday
Well-being: 5 minutes of mindfulness meditation a day

This week I'm already on track fitness-wise and I'm even seeing a trainer later. As for the others, gonna have to practice the word 'no' and maybe set a reminder on my phone.
