Hi all! It is 2016, and admittedly past the NY resolution period, but I would like to propose a new challenge.

This was a fun and exciting challenge I had taken part in a couple of years ago that really got everyone motivated. It was called the 100-day challenge. The basis of this challenge was simple - it take 100 days or so to develop and establish a new habit, and so, as a group, we would work towards 2 goals - individual goals and group goals.

If you guys are interested, please reply, so that we can get this going. Please reply possible rules and ideas for the challenge, so that it can be something everyone is eager to participate in. It's no fun if there are only a few people in the group. Part of the motivation comes from seeing several people posting positive progress.

Here are some ideas that I had (including some rules from the above-mentioned challenge):
- The challenge would last for 100 days, where we would start together and finish together.
- Weekly updates where we would post how many minutes we exercised everyday, as well as weight updates
- Group targets for the total minutes worked out every week in total
- Group targets for total weight loss each week in total

Please do update with more ideas!
