Soooooo...my altogether total is 1278! and my goal was 1800!

I had a terrible headache which refused to go away so I only managed 10 minutes of walking that I did to go to the library. But fingers crossed, if I feel good tomorrow and during the weekend I intend to do quite a lot!

Wow that's the perfect challenge for me, since making exercise a habit is what I find most difficult!!!! Great Idea!
So my goal is 1800 April fitness minutes!

I was thinking of 2000, but I am afraid it is too ambitious for me and, I if I see halfway that I cannot achieve it, I will get disappointed and loose motivation!

STARTING APRIL 1ST!! emoticon Let's rock April with fitness!! It is time to think of our fitness goal for the month and then go for it emoticon

Okay, so to create that extra motivation to get moving here is a fitness challenge. Starts April 1. We will start each set of totals for the month.

Here is how it works... pick a challenging amount of minutes you would like to workout during the month of APRIL (maybe add 200 or 300 to your total completed minutes from last month). Pick something reachable, but not to easy and then post it. If you surpassed your March goal try adding 300-600 more minutes to your original goal (yes, this will be challenging... then again this is a challenge designed to get you to push your self). emoticon

Each day you do your workout record it to this thread as: current minutes/total minutes completed/goal minutes

Let's encourage each other to reach our fitness goals if its 800 minutes or 3000 minutes during APRIL. We Can Do It!!! So let's work up a sweat, lose some fat pounds, tone up, reach our goals, and most importantly HAVE FUN doing this!!!!
