My goal for the little bit of the month that is remaining and for next month is to start eating the right portion sizes at meals! I eat way too many calories because I probably eat double the portion size. Also, I am cutting back on my sugar intake, which is a big deal because I really am addicted to sugar.

Okay, I'm aiming for a 1 kg loss starting next week. 3 spinning classes, atleast 2 hours of treadmill spread out over the week, more fruits and veggies for meals and no eating PAST 8pm.

Let's see how that goes.

This month to challenge myself I am:

My goal is to get back on SparkPeople and regularly track my I foods and 3 exercise sessions per week. I started on SP in November, but quickly fell off the wagon. I've been feeling like crap recently mainly because of my poor diet and exercise.

This month I'm going to lose 5 lbs and get down to 135 lbs by March 31.
I'm training for a half marathon, and also starting once-a-week kettlebell bootcamp at my gym on Tuesdays.
My biggest challenges will be eating clean and tracking all the food that I eat!!

Doing one work out video a day, and hopefully pushing myself to lose 6-8lbs by the end of the month! That's 1-2 pounds a week. However it's a lot harder than I thought. But I can do it! I can always attempt whatever results I get I can smile knowing I tried rather than complain about it! And more running... finding the time is hard but I'm going to find different ways to fit in mini runs throughout the day!

My goal in March is to lose 5 lbs from today's weight. It's going to be hard because I've got a lot going on this month, plus a lot of family birthdays which means eating out a lot. But I'm going to find ways to stick to my calorie goals and get in those minutes! No excuses! I'm also going to start running again, and hopefully going to get hubby in on it this time around, too. And finally, I'm going to find ways to find little milestones to celebrate so I don't lose my momentum.

I plan to lose 4 pounds this month. I'm using the Winter Into Spring 5% Challenge as my motivation. Game plan is to focus on my eating habits, run 3-4 times per week and get in three strength classes a week. In order to get three strength classes in, I need to go try a new gym near my house, wish me luck!! If that class doesn't work out, I will have to strength train on my own (much harder motivation wise!)

Hi Everyone,

I want to at least go to 2 classes at Lifetime a week. I just joined for the classes and I want to make the most of my membership. They offer Zumba there so I want to go to those or Yoga!

I also plan to monitor my intake and eat within my calorie range 4-5 days a week.

Zumba is fun! I feel awkward in class since I don't really have the moves (something I need to get over and just have fun!). But I do have Zumba for Kinect on Xbox. Highly recommend it.I need to do it more often.

My challenge for March. I would like to incorporate more and different vegetables in my diet. I'm a bit of picky eater, I habit I'm trying to break. I know veggies are good for me and I'm sure there's more I would like.
