My goal for this week is to run 3 miles at least 5 days this week and do the 30 Day Shred every day.

This is the time of year when we renew our goals and plans and set new goals for what we wish to accomplish in 2013!

Personally I am entering a weight loss competition with a friend, which will be great motivation for me. I will do weekly weigh ins on Tuesday to track my progress and will post in here periodically to let everyone know how I am doing!
My goals are to...
1) Eat within my calorie range 5 days a week
2) Log at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week
