My goal for this challenge is to get pass the 190 mark and maintain it into the new year while I continue on with this new lifestyle. Current weigh in this morning was 192.8. When I first started 2 months ago I was at 200. It's been taking me longer than expected to get past the 190 mark and I just need to make it happen - no excuses!

My goals are to not gain any weight and to do cardio 3x per week and ST 2x per week. I would also like to get in some abs exercises while OOT right after I wake up in the morning.

1. Drink tons of water, start off each day with water!

When I go back home for the holidays....My goal is to continue to workout at least 10 minute a day, not eat fast food, not drink sodas, and fit in a few hardcore workout each week.

Running/1/2 marathon training:
3 miles per run 9-15
4 miles per run 16-22
5 miles per run 23-Jan 5

Eat within my calorie limits except for Dec 12, 22, 24, 25, 29, 30 - and not splurge too badly those days. Let's say I can have an extra 400 calories those days. If I don't let myself have some wiggle room, I'll crash and burn.

Weight: lose 1 lb a week, or 4 lbs by Jan 3rd - going from 166 to 162

My goal for this challenge is to lose at least 5 lbs between now and the end of the challenge, work out at least 5 days a week and continue to drink more water and eat more fruits/veggies. Any progress in the right direction will be an improvement on where things usually go this time of year

I know I'm a little late, but my goals are to stay consistent running, and to continue watching what I eat. I want to continue in only having one helping at dinner, packing my lunch, and getting a solid nights rest.
I also started serving again on the weekends, and I'm loving the calorie burn from that.

Last week was a bit of a set back.... 3 lb gain, but a work trip that involved a lot of drinking and eating is to blame. I could have made better decisions, but didn't... oh well... Here's to next week :)

I will not eat fast food. I will work out at least twice a week for the next few weeks, leading up to an adventure vacation in Belize because I will NOT deprive myself when on vacation :-)

Oh Spain! Your food is great, but please calm down with the olive oil!! 13g of fat and 120cals per table spoon but they don't work in tbsp's, they work in litres haha
It's not good for the waist line!

My goal is to get back into my healthy lifestyle that I had before I moved to Spain (three months ago). I want to exercise 5 days a week for at least 45 minutes each day, and to eat at least two servings of fruits and vegetables each day. WE ALL CAN DO THIS!

My goal is to lose another 2 pounds and not go up over the Christmas period. (10 days in Spain included :/)
I will not drink alcohol more than twice a week and in limited quantities
no bread at all..!
Will try not to over indulge, one mince pie is enough! One serving of Christmas dinner!
I will maintain counting my food intake on on Spark people
and try to walk for at least half an hour every day.
I will do abs and arms every second day!

My goal is to keep a better track of what I eat, and cut out sugar down to maybe twice a month, and tone up! I finally lost the weight I wanted, and want to keep it off! It took a couple months. My goal for 2013 is to help others get healthy as well!
