Definitely did not drink eight cups of water everyday..but... I did reach my fitness minutes goal and am well over 3,000 minutes.

Congrats to everyone that reached their goals!!

Lets hit it again.. BRING IT OCTOBER!

9/19/2012 worked out my legs and core lots of cardio - 1 hour
9/20/2012: just focused heavily on working out my arms and did some cardio work and core work for one hour :) feeling good!
9/21/2012: went to the gym for over one hour tonight and did the eliptical, step ups, rower, and more. feeling good! (weighed in at 137 today)
9/22/2012: none, took a break
9/23/2012: 1 hour of working out my arms and toning, and some cardio on the eliptical, rower :) feeling good!
9/24/2012: my back hurt today so I didn't want to strain myself. Took a break. Back to it tomorrow for sure!

This month I will track my food/exercise daily, not just weekdays
This month I will keep my food/drink in check on weekends
This month I will workout/run at least 3 days per week

Sept 1, 2: did not start the challenge until Monday
Sept 3: tracked everything I ate
Sept 4: tracked everything and walked at the park
Sept 5: tracked everything
Sept 6: tracked everything; had a few beers at the football tailgate so went over my calories for the day, but at least I burned 400 cals running/walking/climbing steps throughout the day
Sept 7: tracked everything
Sept 8: tracked everything
Sept 9: tracked everything stayed within my limits all weekend even working night shift all weekend (woo hoo!!)
Sept 10: tracked everything
Sept 11: tracked everything & walked 30 minutes
Sept 12: tracked everything, walked 30 minutes, bowled for 90 minutes
Sept 13: tracked everything so far, will probably go over tonight since we're going out to eat. BUT I'm down 7 pounds in the last 4 weeks!!! WOOHOO!!

September Goals. -- stick with the 28 day Bootcamp challenge.
•30 mins of cardio 5 days a week
•one of the challenges strength training videos every day
•picking my own bonus video to do twice a week. I picked the
20 minutes total body strengthening video.
--drink 8 glasses of water everyday
--continue to meet my calorie goals.

This accountability thread is a REAL eyeopener. I've been on-and-off spark people for years now, and it's always been useful. I'm a big fan. But having a little extra accountability to track EVERYTHING, EVERYDAY is giving me a much better understanding of what my challenges will be in taking off this weight.

Sept 13: Tracked all calories; Stayed within max (1,766).
Sept 14: Tracked all calories; Went over max (2,177).
Sept 15: Tracked all calories; Stayed within max (1,718).

I will be tightening my max goal to 1550 for the rest of the month!

September I will drink at least 10 glasses of water/day (just moved to Colorado, it's so dry here!) and do at LEAST 10 minutes of some sort of exercise (walking to class/around campus) doesn't count) every day!

I got back from my summer holidays this week and I dare not step on the scales...
Anyway, I was thinking how to set a goal, and after some calculations I decided I would devote 36 minutes to cardio workout everyday for 40 days, by which time I will have completed 24 hours of cardio workout (a whole day). I started yesterday, so yesterday and today are 'check'; 38 days to go! I am keeping the score in my own journal, and I think that it's indeed a great idea to keep your goals checked daily! It really gives you motivation!

9/10 4 out of 8 glasses, Insanity day 1 of 5
9/11 shooting for 6/7 I made it 8 and 38 min of Insanity so far so good
9/12 shooting for 8/8 glasses today again insanity it will be. Only did 6 but did the 42 min insanity
9/13 I am of 3/8 for water aiming for at least 3 more. Insanity again tonight then off the next two days and back again on Sunday. I am not sure if I am going to make my 2# weight loss this week hopefully.
9/17 I try to drink the 8 glasses but I am not making it so I have been getting 6-7 glasses so I an trying. I am still on track with insanity every night. I am down 2.7# this week so I am on point their.
9/18 I am not so good on drinking the water I get 64oz in stuff to drink just not all water. I am 3 for 6 for the week with insanity. Still losing weight.
9/19 No on Water took a break from working out
9/20 Did better today 6/8 and worked out

My goal for this month is to do cardio at least 3Xs a week and reach my daily caloric goals (1200-1550). We are already in week 2 of Sept, but I just got started today, so that's ok.
