did my third day yesterday - only 7 mins long, but at least its getting me into the habit of putting time aside for exercise and spark reading. I saw that the programme stated 30 mins of cardio too. is that a day or a week? Didnt notice that at first so havent started that bit yet. Julie

OH MY LEGS - DAY 2 WAS GREAT - TOO SHORT THOUGH. i WAS JUST GETTING INTO IT AND IT ENDED.

I'm starting bootcamp today. Did the day 1 video. It's a good way to start the day right. I also had cardio scheduled for today. Do I do that in addition to the bootcamp videos?

Starting over is a daily, sometimes weekly thing. My schedule changed so, I didn't get my exercise in last week. So, I'm starting over finding a way to fit it in.

Did the Spark Walk with Team New Jersey this morning, it was great to meet some new Spark Members in person. No rain. Sun shiny day.

Count me in! As a matter of fact, I was thinking that I should blog my plan for eating and exercising. What's your plan?

Goal #1: Loose 5 pounds. Reward will be dinner with my girlfriends at El Cerro.

Goal #2: Loose 10 pounds so size 10 jeans fit loose.
Goal #3 Loose 15 pounds and keep it off!

I start over every day.....for the last 37 years since I began jogging as a teenager. Now, as I turn age 52 next week, I start over again with jogging, weights, swimming, aerobics, biking, ballet, yoga, pilates, etc. Keep going and never quit!
