150.0 today. That's 4 lbs down since I started Spark and 7 lbs since I got my new scale. The new and old scales disagreed with each other so much that I tossed the data from the other, though.

Sheila.... any difference in your scale issue? some of that may have to do with how much water your body is retaining... what is yoiur sodium intake?

I'm happy I lost weight but I'm gaining in BMI according to my scale.

I'm confused. I bought a scale that shows weight, fat content and water content. My weight is going down, my fat is going up, and my water is going down. I think maybe they mixed the fat and water sensors because I'm eating less high calorie foods and drinking more water.

Any thoughts?

I don't want to get to a particular "size", I want to get to a healthy weight for me.

I have to WANT to do this for ME and nobody else.

Update: I used the scale at home friday because I was off and it has obviously given me an inaccurate weight or either i gained 7lbs over the weekend. :(

Ooops, forgot to post. I've had a bladder infection all week, and haven't felt like working out. I was afraid it might make me gain a little, but I stayed the same, I think I might have even lost a couple ounces. All the inches stayed the same though. Back to the gym on Monday!

my nutrition goal is from 1200 to 1550 a day in calories. i'm staying within that and doing the fitness program that's generated for me on the site. i walk about 2 miles a day for around 30 min. i think my body is just not used to all this good stuff. you have to remember i'm just starting out so i'm sure the next weigh in will not be so good. i hope it will but i'm being realistic. i wouldn't think it was healthy to lose that much every week but it makes since right now for me.

Congrats, corie! That is wonderful. What plan are you using, I would love to know. I will add you as a friend, and you can message what you're doing, if you don't mind. That is great though!

I am down another pound, which I am happy about. Also, I lost .5 inch from my bust, 1 inch from my belly, and one inch from my lower belly. I pleased with those! My waist had grown a half inch. . .but it's that TOM, so I'm gonna say it's bloating. Maybe next week it will be better. Oh, and I had also had a bowl of cereal.

Hope everyone else remembers to weigh!!

Don't forget to weigh in, everyone!!!

Well, I have to say. . .the scale didn't budge.

However. . . I lost .5 inch from my bust, 1.5 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my belly, and .5 from hip/lower tummy area!

I am pretty happy with those numbers!

I started using my stability ball this week. . .I think it helped a little.
