I might be the wrong person to ask, but at 2 months I was not trying to exercise. I did have to go back to work though, so that was more than enough for me.
I miss the walks while wearing baby. He wants to get down and run around now, so I get less of a workout going at his pace (love going on walks with him still though).

We tried a 10 min video again today and I think with practice he will let me do it! My son has no problem ignoring me while I sit on the couch, but man if I am up and moving, then he thinks I pick him up!

My LO is only 2 months old, mostly I exercise by walking with him in the sling or wrap. Although I just started doing plank pose over him after a diaper change as well, LOL.

I do find it very difficult to think about "working out" because it seems like I can barely get food prepared and showered most days.

Homeschooling mom to DS12, DD9 and baby on the way!! Going for my first FIT pregnancy!
