I enjoy exercising because it always picks me up and I feel better after doing it. What works for me is variety. I shoot for 180 minutes a week. I mix it up between walking, gentle yoga and some type of aerobic activity. I suggest trying to different activities and find a few that fit your needs and likes. Also, not sure how old you are but make sure you pick activities geared toward your age and don't overdo it. emoticon

Today's Question, Do you like to exercise or is it still a chore to be accomplished?

I want to exercise but I find it to be a chore for me.

No body ever promised us a tomorrow.

Hate is a very strong word.
