My fruit and veggie goal for February 2016 is: 5-6 a day / 7 days a week

Note (February 19th) - A pattern emerges! It looks as though I struggle to hit 5 servings on Saturdays. Good to know for tomorrow!

We have a new challenge this month thanks to ADRIENNERENAE83. Let's challenge ourselves to eat more fruits and veggies. What is the number that you need - to push yourself to eat more of these? You can make it a daily goal, weekly goal or monthly goal. Whatever will work best for you.
