I wish it went well, but no. I hurt my back last month, and I'm just getting back to getting things accomplished. Of course, when it rains, it pours and I've have a stomach bug hit my kids and myself, so this past week's running has been to the bathroom. Today, everything is feeling back to normal, so I'm waiting for my daughter to finish her lunch, clean up the dishes, and then pop in an exercise DVD to get back!

Yes - once again here is our monthly Fitness Minutes Challenge. Get moving and keep moving. Set your goal and post it here - come back daily or weekly and record your numbers. When you put your goal out there for the team to see it helps to keep you accountable and push you just a little bit more to reach your goals.

Don't forget to take some time to encourage and/or praise your team mates during their progress on this challenge.
