Are we going to get moving this month? Of course we are!!! Let's once again join our Fitness Minutes Challenge. Set a goal that is going to challenge you and post it here for all to see. This is a great motivational tool. Post your goal and then come back and update your numbers AND don't forget to encourage your team mates along the way. Share some tips on how you are getting those numbers in. I want this Challenge to really motivate us!!!
