This week will be slower for me. I had to stop doing 30 day shred because my knees started hurting :( Didn't lose any weight but lost 3 inches :)

Here we go - Welcome to June!

This month we are going to do another fitness minutes challenge. Let's see how many minutes we can put in. Figure out your goal number and post it here....come back and keep us posted on your progress. We should encourage and praise each other to reach our goals.

To see your total minutes, go to the start page - under See Progress Reports - click Fitness Minutes Over Time. Then you can put your cursor over each day (dot) and it will tell you how many minutes for that day. This is a great tool!!!

Below is a template you can use to keep track of your minutes, copy and paste and come back daily or weekly. The more you post the easier it is for all of us to encourage each other. To add your numbers, just click on the edit button at the end of your post and add your numbers. Very easy. Please donít forget to come back and comment on the other team members progress. We are here for each other and we need to support each other.
