I was able to do 25 minutes sitdown elipitical machine. and 45 minutes Monday & Wednesday.

This is to get some of us that has fallen off the exercise band wagon a new start. Try to exercise for at least 10 minutes all or most days of the week, after two weeks of doing the 10 minutes you can add another 5 minutes on to make it 15 minutes a day and keep increasing it every two weeks or you can continue with the ten minutes. Please post here when you complete your 10 minutes of any exercise.
