Hi there!
I'll give it a try! I'm doing the C25K program right now and on my "rest" nights, I'm trying to do my strength training, but have been gone for meetings alot so I haven't been as consistent with my BF workouts. Maybe this challenge will hold me more accountable!

Hi team!
I want to challenge the team to do two upper and two lower body workouts each week. To accomplish this I am asking for input on basic, intermediate and advanced workouts both upper and lower body. These will be shared with the team to complete the April challenge!
