-go on with the healthy lifestyle learned in weight loss phase
-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings

In case you're wondering where we came up with +/- 3%, it is a big enough range to account for most normal water fluctuation, and small enough to not affect health.

I'm in, and am keeping my center weight of 124.5. This is just what I need to keep my post-holiday deflation on track.

Using the same "center" weight from the last challenge: Center 124.5, Range 120.8 - 128.2
Last logged / scale / average weight: 126.6 / 126.6 / n/a (dropped out of previous challenge)

I decided to take a different approach this time. I have now set my center weight at 3% lower than my current weight so that I start off being IN the challenge and will work toward center point. Maybe I can break away from the bad habits I've developed.
