My updates were kind of buried at the bottom of the list and it was becoming a pain in the butt to find my post to update it, so I am putting it up here, closer to the top so I don't have to go on a hunt every time I want to update, lol....

I love this challenge, I am TOTALLY in! (I'm new to this team, so if there was a challenge like this before... those were cool too... lol) I have been doing water aerobics and zumba lately with my workout buddy and while zumba totally works up a sweat, water aerobics doesn't... feels more like strength training... My 20 minutes in 26 days will consist of either softball, water aerobics, walking, jogging, running on my elliptical, tennis, hiking or Zumba.

(In the MORNING!!! OMG.)

(Even though I had the start of a migraine, I went to the gym! FOR THIS CHALLENGE! I wanna keep a streak.)

5) 90 minute walk and push mower 30 minutes
6) I forgot what I did this day emoticon

8) 10 min elliptical, 20 min walk (500 crunches)
